The inventor of Tequila Calle 23 Blanco is Sophie Decobecq, one of the few female tequileras in Mexico. Sophie studied biochemistry. Already at a young age she was interested in the production of tequila. So she decided to emigrate to Mexico and turn her passion into her profession.
Tequila Calle 23 Blanco is produced in Zapotlanejo in the eastern highlands of the agave growing area in the highlands of Jalisco. The soil conditions in this region produce particularly fruity and sweet agave. These agaves are used to create the special Tequila Calle 23 Blanco.
Tequila Calle 23 Blanco is particularly fresh, with a fine, fruity fragrance. On the palate you can taste full agaves, with notes of apple and pear.
