Gin L'Arbre

The Gin L'Arbre is a Spanish London Dry Gin and is produced by the family business Teichenné near Barcelona. The Mediterranean ingredients used juniper, coriander, lemon, rosemary, angelica root, cardamom, thyme, basil and lavender all come from the fertile area around the distillery. All ingredients are first macerated in the base spirit and then distilled in the traditional way in a copper still.

On the nose, the Gin L'Arbre convinces with a pleasant spicy note of cardamom, paired with the classic aromas of tart juniper. These are joined by filigree notes of Mediterranean herbs. The bouquet is refined with floral notes of lavender and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, spicy aromas of cardamom and coriander can be heard. The tart juniper is perfectly paired with the delicate notes of rosemary and thyme. A typical nuance of basil rounds off the Mediterranean taste. In the finish, the Gin L'Arbre is extraordinarily soft, with a delicate touch of lavender, which, together with the fresh citrus aromas, is long remembered.
