Canaïma Gin

The Canaïma Gin comes from Venezuela, more precisely from the biodiverse Amazon region. Produced is this ultra-premium gin from hand-picked, exotic plants in collaboration with the local population.

For the production of Canaïma Gin, a total of 19 botanicals are used, 11 of which grow in Venezuela and the Amazon region. The other 8 ingredients are traditional gin botanicals. The plants used are soaked and macerated separately in neutral grain alcohol for 2 to 7 days before distillation so that they can fully develop their aromas. This method of production gives Canaïma Gin its unique aroma and exotic touch.

In the glass, Canaïma Gin is crystal clear and pure. On the nose, intense fruity and floral aromas are immediately noticeable, reminiscent of its exotic origins. On the palate, Canaïma Gin is relatively complex, with an interplay of herbal and citrus notes and sweet tropical aromas from the rainforest. The finish is long and persistent. Thus, the Canaïma Gin remains in very good memory.
