Yu Gin

Yu Gin is a wonderfully fresh, French gin with a Japanese touch. It is created according to the Japanese Wabi Sabi concept, which is characterized by using only the most necessary and achieving perfection through simplicity. This has succeeded in the Yu Gin in an excellent way.

Already in the glass, the Yu Gin convinces with its clear color. On the nose, it seduces with a fine yuzu note, joined by nuances of tangerine, fresh grapefruit, limes, paired with a hint of Sichuan pepper and a pleasantly gentle juniper note. 
On the palate, the Yu Gin remains wonderfully fresh and fruity, but also shows complex and seductive. The taste is characterized by citrus, yuzu, and a wonderful juniper note. In addition, there are hints of licorice, Sichuan pepper and coriander. The finish is wonderfully long-lasting and fresh, while remaining beautifully earthy and surprising with fine Sichuan pepper notes. 

We recommend Yu Gin neat, on ice cubes or as a base for a fresh fruity cocktail or a GinTonic.
