Sin Gin Classic Proof

It takes a total of 28 ingredients to make the Stin Gin Classic Proof. The two most important, apple and elderberry, come from Styria, from the producers Johannes Firmenich and Reinhard Jagerhofer themselves.  Thus, Johannes contributes the southern Styrian apples, and from Reinhard comes the eastern Styrian elderberry. They are joined by the traditional juniper berries as well as lemon and orange, which give the Stin Gin Classic Proof a defining touch. The classic ingredients caraway, coriander, ginger, cardamom and pepper also contribute to the richness of facets of Stin Gin Classic Proof. Through a minimal and thus particularly gentle filtration, a maximum of essential oils from juniper berries and citrus fruits is preserved. To preserve the full range of aromas, Stin Gin Classic Proof is gently distilled in small batches in a copper pot still. After distillation, it is reduced to drinking strength with the best Styrian spring water. This creates a wonderful London Dry Gin without additives and preservatives. 

The multiple award-winning Stin Classic Proof is the perfect base for cocktails or long drinks, but can be enjoyed neat on ice due to its fine structure.
