Stin Gin Overproof

The basis of the Stin Gin Overproof is the Stin Gin Classic Proof, for the production of which, in addition to local products such as elderberries and apples from Styria, another 26 botanicals such as juniper berries, lemon, orange or coriander are used. In addition to juniper berries, it is mainly the apples from southern Styria and the elderberry from eastern Styria, as well as lemon and orange, that are characteristic of its taste. After distillation, the alcohol content is reduced to 57% with Styrian spring water. This creates a wonderful London Dry Gin without additives and preservatives with a higher alcohol content. The so-called Navy Strength provides a full flavor that is even rounder and more aromatic. Stin Gin Overproof deliberately avoids any filtration, which gives it a maximum of essential oils from juniper berries and citrus. Due to this higher content of essential oils, the Stin Gin Overproof becomes very cloudy when mixed. 

Stin Gin Overproof is a wonderful base for cocktails or long drinks, but due to its fine structure it is also recommended neat on ice.
