Presidente Marti 15 YO Rum

The Presidente Marti 15 YO rum comes from the Dominican Republic. The rum honours the famous poet Jose Marti, who lived in the 2nd half of the 19th century and is considered a Cuban national hero. The rum is produced by Oliver & Oliver company, which is known on the market for its unique and special production methods. For Presidente Marti 15 YO, the so-called triple-aging process is used, which takes up methods of the Spanish solera process. Selected sugar cane distillate, which is hydrated, is used to produce the rum. The labelling and numbering is carefully done by hand for each individual bottle. Due to the exclusive quality, the brand has dedicated itself to the production of high-end rums. What is special is that all editions are limited. The Presidente Marti 15 YO Rum is a blend that has been aged in oak barrels for 15 years and is personally bottled by Master Blender Don Pedro Oliver. Each bottle is crowned by Jose Marti's image, who fought above all for social justice in the country. This lush rum presents a variety of flavours without interruptions and the harmony between wood and distillates is very well achieved. The palate is rich and caramelised. Full-bodied, slightly sweet, with a memory of orioles and dates. Its passage through American and French oak is appreciated. Finishes persistent, balanced, smooth and dense. Highly recommended for any rum lover.
