Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin

This gin, which originates from Estonia, is produced on the basis of cereals. Its recipe consists of a carefully selected mix of 12 botanicals, with a focus on rose hip flowers and meadowsweet, but also roses, fennel, lavender and black elderberry. The result is a fruity, juicy, sweet floral gin with a fresh and slightly bitter note, which is bottled in a unique bottle. The rosehip blossoms add a very special extra to the gin: when mixed with tonic, the colour changes from a delicate copper tone to pink.
