Lind & Lime London Dry Gin

The Lind & Lime London Dry Gin is an excellent gin from Scotland. Bottled in a beautiful turquoise bottle it is a real optical highlight. With its exquisite taste it clearly stands out from mass products.

The Lind & Lime London Dry Gin is produced in small batches by hand from purely natural ingredients. The recipe is largely a secret. The only known ingredients are juniper, lime and pink pepper. The botanicals are macerated with neutral alcohol before distillation in a still. The distillate is then transferred to a large tank where it is adjusted to drinking strength with pure water and allowed to rest for a while before being bottled in the beautiful bottle.

The Lind & Lime London Dry Gin is characterized by its wonderfully balanced character with a dominant juniper aroma and a fresh lime note with a hint of pepper. The nose is dominated by juniper berries together with a peppery scent of pink peppercorns. The lime is perceived as a sweet fragrance with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, the lime peel harmonizes gently with the juniper. The soft texture of the lime is accompanied by the citrus oils, which makes the gin very palatable. A nice peppery note is perceptible on the finish. 

Pure or on ice, the Lind & Lime London Dry Gin is a real pleasure. But also in a Gin Tonic Cocktail it makes a very good figure, whereby the cocktail should definitely be decorated with peppercorns!
