UKIYO Japanese Blossom Gin

Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin is distilled from Japanese Shochu spirit, a rice-based distillate. The Ukiyo distillery is located in the Kagoshima prefecture of Japan and is well known for the production of local spirits. Ukiyo means "flowing world" and symbolises the moment of living in the here and now from the Edo period in Japan (1600 - 1867). Like its brother Ukiyo Yuzu Citrus Gin, Ukiyo Japanes Blossom Gin is distilled on the basis of a Japanese shochu spirit, a rice-based distillate, and additionally refined with sakura cherry blossoms to create an exceptional flavour.

Aroma: fruity notes of cherry blossom, mandarin, orange and a hint of juniper
Taste: Floral, spicy and fresh on the palate with flavours of juniper, light liquorice notes and coriander
