In the nose Vermouth Olave Reserva is spicy and intense, with notes of balsamic and aromatic herbs. On the palate it convinces with a balanced aroma. The connoisseur recognizes different herbs, enjoys notes of oak and the maturity of this unique vermouth. This is followed by a long, velvety finish, which tastes slightly bitter and shows a pleasant acidity.
