The Studer Vieille Poire Williams "Réserve Baron Louis" is an outstanding pear brandy made from delicate Williams pears and clear spring water. The carefully selected fruit is processed using traditional methods, resulting in a highly aromatic brandy that is characterized by its intense, fruity notes and delicate sweetness.
The distillation process is particularly gentle in order to preserve the natural aromas of the Williams pears. The brandy then matures for a long period in the cellar to achieve its optimum fullness of flavor. A light carbonation rounds off the Vieille Poire Williams harmoniously and gives it its unique taste. It is ideal as a digestif.
Since its first introduction in 1991, this exquisite pear brandy has only been produced in limited quantities each year, which underlines its exclusivity.
